1. All orders can be made by email, phone or at our SS2 operating stall.
   
2. If the order is cater for functions with guests as many as 200 pax and above, please order at least one week (7 days) in advance. Otherwise, 2 days in advance.
   
3. Delivery service is available upon request with minimum order of RM 50 and delivery charges are subject to location.
   
4. There are limited slots for delivery services in a day. Hence, all orders follow strictly on first come first serve basis.
   
5. To avoid any disappointment, kindly place order and confirm order with delivery date in advance.
   
6. In any case of last minute order, kindly visit our SS2 stall to purchase directly.


1. All orders are cash terms.
   
2. All orders are only confirmed after receiving deposit slip of full payment or a 35% non-refundable deposit.
   
3. Payment can be made by bank-in to our Maybank account or online bank transfer (Account details will be provided in quotation).
   
4. Once bank-in or online transferred, please send an email or sms the deposit slip to notify us on the payment to confirm order.
   
5. Customer is required to clear the balance amount upon collection on the delivery date, if only 35% of the amount is being paid.


1. Fill in and submit the order form on our website.
   
2. Upon receiving order from customer, we will process inquiry and provide an official quotation with no more than 2 days.
   
3. Once customer receives quotation, customer is required to make full payment / 35% non-refundable deposit payment within 24 hours to confirm the order.
   
4. We will call customer in advance prior delivery date to finalize the order.
   
5. An Invoice will be provided upon delivery/collection.
